Location is amazing and staffs are friendly. Parking space is limited as it is a hill station. Roads are narrow and steep. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Food is okay, homely taste. We stayed two nights with family. First night we reached late night and our room had some technical issues and they put us in their villa, personally we didn't like the villa, but those who like more privacy may like it, but for food you need go to their main building. Overall okay, but bit expensive I feel.

Stayed two nights in December. We were sick so didn’t experience too much of the place outside of our room. Biggest pro is the beautiful view!! Sadly we missed the sunrise both days due to clouds but regardless it feels pretty magical up there. The owner was responsive and nice- I had asked for a little something special as it was our honeymoon and she brought a small bouquet of flowers. She also offered meds since we were sick which was nice. The cafe area is quite nice and I wish we had gotten to try more of the food during our stay. The food we did try was good. One day I went for breakfast they did forget my order. I also wish they would replace the place mats after each diner as i found it a bit gross to sit at a table with spills. The walls are very thin and we heard a lot of activity from other rooms/bathrooms which is unfortunate especially at night. The wifi in our room was unsecured and also not working the best which is a bit annoying as signal was poor. Property is beautiful and I enjoyed all the plants and trees as well as the decor. Overall positive stay however the cost was same as some of our 5star resort stays without the perks, so for me it is a bit over priced and the value for money is not quite there.

Recently ,availed a rented Home Stay,At Cloud walks, Firstly, I would like to Appreciate, The Location,and its Beauty Secondly ,clean and tidy Rest rooms As i went through the previous,reviews,noting some reviews targeting the proprietor, stating her' Rude' ,i would Say ,yes ,She Is RUDE,and ...Has to be Rude on people charging at this Awesome Property..As a proud Owner ,She Should and Need to be Rude at False Accusitions,on Her' Palace.' The True Sense ,is that We carry ,Comparision facts ,And Lot of Expectations ,where ever we Rent A Stay, We think, 💯 percent of our expections,to get done. As AOn A Vacation, The Best Way is To Experience ,Enjoy,the Beauty of a Place ,As it is.. Trying not to change its look and ambience ...of our minds choice, Discussions Apart... The Display, at the Floors , Show's, their Unique intrest,on Antiques,Nursing Plants That Is Extremely Appreciable,, The View through the Windows. ,Sit out,Were Splendid Staff were polite but... not much, helpful to me, On Arrival,We were carrying all our luggages by our own to top floor, They could have helped us ,Which was very Basic at a Lodging Hospitality.. Room Service Was Ok, But. No one wore a Smile, Al Through the Stay,except A kitchen Maid Who was Polite and a bit Smiley. Their Antique collection are Fabulous.. Back home,In a Vacant ,pensive mood,Mind cherishes, the Memmories of cloud walks Men ,May Come, Men May Go.Cloud walks Will Stay Ever Beautiful..

A decent stay at Clouds Walk. We stayed here for 2 nights. It was said we would get good mountain view but due to construction work the view was not clear and the balcony too was not maintained well. It was a dissapointing one. Service was good, our room door lock was a problem, we had to struggle a lot to lock it, it was not maintained well or repaired. Roads to reach the venue was not soo good, only if your very good at driving you can drive in ease. We felt it's bit far from main city (because visiting frequently will be headache for any drivers in that road), you would find more better option for stay near by. Also we felt overpriced. Staffs are good. They respond to your needs. But still lot of improvements are required.

A Disastrous Stay at cloudwalks homestays I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at cloudwalks homestays, and I can confidently say that it was one of the worst decisions I've ever made. From start to finish, this place managed to disappoint in every possible way. First and foremost, The Roads are a real nightmare, Bumpy, Pathhole, narrow, i had 6 scratches when i returned to Bangalore and spent alomost 8K. Then comes the booking process was an absolute nightmare. They keep asking for advance. Upon arrival, the nightmare continued. The so-called "welcoming staff" appeared to be completely disinterested in providing any kind of assistance. It was as if they were doing me a favor by letting me stay there. The check-in process took an eternity. Speaking of the room, it was a disaster zone. The first thing that hit me was the musty smell that seemed to permeate everything. The furniture looked like it had been salvaged from a dumpster, with stains and wear and tear that made me question whether this was really a "resort" or a run-down motel. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, and the linens felt like sandpaper against my skin. And let's not even get started on the cleanliness—or rather, the lack thereof. I found hair in the bathroom, dust on every surface, and even a dead bug under the bed. It was clear that proper cleaning was a foreign concept to the housekeeping staff. Overall, it was a complete and utter disaster. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to reconsider and look elsewhere for a truly enjoyable and relaxing vacation experience. This place is an embarrassment to the hospitality industry.
